By accessing and using NeoNomad (the "Service") at https://neonomad.app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service
NeoNomad is a SaaS travel planner that combines Travel x Wellness x AI to help digital nomads design personalized, health-conscious remote work trips. The platform generates AI-powered itineraries optimized for co-working, strong Wi-Fi, fitness options, nutritious food, community, and nature immersion. Users can book or be redirected to complete reservations for accommodations, gyms, private chefs, wellness experiences, and more.

3. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must provide accurate information including your name, email address, travel preferences, and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights
You own the itinerary output generated by our Service for personal use only
Commercial reuse or resale of itineraries is strictly prohibited
You may not redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from the itineraries for commercial purposes

5. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 24 hours after purchase. Refund requests must be submitted to eric@neonomad.app within this timeframe.

6. Third-Party Services
Our Service may redirect you to third-party booking platforms for accommodations, gyms, private chefs, wellness experiences, and other services. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or actions of these third-party providers.

7. Privacy

8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Service:

NeoNomad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
